Baby Bentley.

Here are some more pictures of Bentley. They were taking forever to upload last weekend when we were in Tahoe, it must have been the internet connection because I had no problems uploading them this morning.

Aren't they just so precious?!

We never did the newborn pictures with Cameron or Easton and I wish we would have. They are just so stinking cute.

He was just a week old in these pictures. I can't believe he has already been here for a month. Time really does go by too fast. And today Ryan went back to work:( It was so nice having him home for a whole month. The kids woke up this morning asking for him. I suppose it will take a little bit for us to get into a regular morning routine. I think I might try and shower in a little bit when Bentley wakes up. Hopefully the boys will sit still on our bed and watch some TV and not mess around with Bentley or jump on the bed {which they often do while I am in the shower}. Good thing I can see them from the shower:)

I had to show this one again:))

Hi......

There are no dishes to wash, no clothes to fold and put away, no sweeping to do, no kids yelling and screaming, and no toys to pick up. There is just the sound of the TV {golf}  and baby Bentley snorting and breathing away. This is because we are just hanging out in our hotel room waiting for Ryan to get back from the casino. We are in South Lake Tahoe this weekend for a wedding. Cameron and Easton are with Grandma so we only have the baby with us.  The wedding is later today. A friend from high school is getting married. This is Ryan's childhood friend. We don't really get to him much or a lot of our other friends in this little circle, so yesterday it was nice to catch up with everyone and I am sure later at the wedding we will see more friends we haven't seen in awhile.

Its been a little tough getting on the computer these days. I had it out last night while Ryan was at the casino and I ended up falling asleep with it open right next to me on the bed. At night I have every intention to sit in bed and type up a little something but by the time I feed Bentley and get him to sleep once I closes my eyes I am out. I am missing all my favorite blogs. There are a couple I get via email so I stay update to date on those ones. I need to subscribe to more that way I at least get the emails and can read them from my phone. I rarely blog it from my phone.

We all are adjusting well to baby Bentley. It's a challenge for sure and it's going to get even harder once Ryan goes back to work in a week. I have no idea how I will make it through the day. So if anyone has any tips for a stay at home mom to 3 children.......please let me know:))

Here is a picture of Baby Bentley. I have a few more but its taking forever to download onto blogger. I will post the other ones soon:))
The day we were scheduled to be induced the neighbor behind had passed a note over to Cameron because her daughter and Cameron have been talking through the fence since we moved there. So she passed a little note introducing herself and said we should get together for a playdate so I passed one back explaining we were scheduled to have a baby later that day. Long story short she called me a week later offering to take some pictures of the baby, she is a photographer:)) This is my favorite picture out of them all. I think this is the picture we will use for his birth announcement.

Party of Five.

So it's been a week already since my induction and we now have another sweet baby boy.

We arrived at the hospital ready to have a baby. It felt a little weird having an appointment to have a baby. We checked in and got admitted and around 7:30pm or so the nurses started the pitocin IV. I was already 4 cm and 70% effaced when we got to the hospital. The pitocin took forever to kick in. I really wasn't in any pain at all. Even once the contractions started coming it was like nothing compared to my labor with Easton. Finally the nurse said instead of prolonging the labor they would get the epidural started then break my water, so that's what they did. Once they broke my water the little guy was born about 3 hours later. This was the easiest labor and delivery for me out of the three. I only had to push for 10 minutes and through 3 contractions, so much easier than the previous two:))

On our way to the hospital.

Ready to have a baby:))

Taking a little stroll around the L&D floor. My butt and back were killing me from laying in bed.

Our sweet new baby boy.

We were expecting to be able to leave the hospital and go home on Friday but when they weighed him at midnight {they weigh all babies at midnight} he had lost 12% of his birth weight so we had to stay an extra day so they could watch him and make sure everything was good, which it was. His discharge weight was 8 lbs. 12 oz and his weight at his appointment Monday was 8 lbs. 14 oz. They are not sure why his weight went down so much and they said that it doesn't happen very often. He is good and healthy. So we were able to leave the hospital on Saturday....My birthday! My nurse brought me a little cupcake and piece of chocolate brownie cake, we took them home and had later that night for dessert.

Later that day these crazy kids came to visit.

 Easton "petting" Baby Bentley.

At the end of the visit Cameron finally said he wanted to hold him:)

Getting ready to get him all buckled up for the ride home.

The End is in Sight.

Well today has come and gone and still no baby. Today I had my 40 week appointment and my doctor has scheduled me for an induction tomorrow around 5 pm. I am kinda nervous about being induced because I have heard it can sometimes awhile, fingers crossed since this is baby #3 it will move along smoothly :)

I am very anxious to see this little guy and see how big he is. My doctor said he doesn't feel like a 9 pounder but I hide it well so she wouldn't be surprised if he was. Next time I post I will have some sweet baby pictures to share with you.

The boys content at the end of the year baseball shindig we attended tonight......this lasted about 10 minutes:) I cannot believe we are about to add another one in the mix.

39 Weeks.

Well I am finally on my last week!!!

I am counting down the days now. At my last appointment, which was last Tuesday, I was 2.5 cm dilated and 50% effaced...which really means nothing to me since I was 4 cm with Easton for 3 freaking weeks. This week has been kinda rough. Lots and lots of cramping and pains, weird feelings I never felt with the first two. And then today I felt sick, like nauseous sick.

My next appointment is Tuesday, which is my due date, and my doctor said she would not let me go a week over due since I grow quite large babies. So if I happen to make it to that appointment I am hoping to convince her to schedule the induction Wednesday....or maybe even Tuesday night:))  But I really hope I don't make it to that appointment. At this point I am so done being pregnant. I don't mind being pregnant but the 9th month is tough, especially when you have 2 active crazy kids. It makes doing things so much harder and sometimes I think they know they can get away with certain things because I am pregnant.

Keep your fingers crossed this little guy decides to make an appearance this weekend:)

Baseball.

It's hard to believe that the High School baseball season is already coming to an end. There are only 3 games left and playoffs start. Then right after the HS season ends American Legion {summer baseball} starts up.
The boys run wild at every single game. They are just crazy. Cameron doesn't listen and then Easton copies everything Cameron does. It doesn't help that I am 9 months pregnant chasing after 2 crazy kids for 4 hours. One good thing that helps a little is Easton always almost falls asleep on the way to the games and will sleep for about an hour, so I take that time sitting on my butt resting up.
I always tell myself if they don't listen I will not take them but they have so much fun and it gives them something to do, plus I would feel so guilty if we didn't go. Although tomorrows game we are skipping. We went to the other 2 games this week, plus this week has been very busy. We have been going going everyday this week. So tomorrow we are going to lay low and let Dad go to the game solo.

Easton lining up with the boys to run.

Cameron and Easton chasing the ducks and dad following behind.

 Running with the boys.

They found a huge pile of dirt at this game.

And were using it as a slide. It's a good thing I always bring a change of clothes.

A better look at the massive dirt hill.

Preschool.

Last week we reached a milestone in our household.......Cameron FINALLY started preschool!!!

I was a little worried on his first day. He was very excited to go but he is very shy and timid at first when he doesn't know you and clings to Ryan and I. Ryan happens to work in the area so he was able to stop by for a few minutes. It was a nice day out so all the kids were outside playing when we got there. He wouldn't leave our side for about 10 minutes so finally we said....Okay we are leaving now, he gave us a hug and kiss and slowly went with the teacher to go play. I stayed around in the area and did some shopping just in case they were to call and tell me he is crying hysterically and I need to come ASAP , but I never got that call. When I went to pick him up he was outside playing with all the other kids and they told me he did really good and even participated in the classroom during learning/circle time.
Everyone asked if I cried when I left and I did NOT. It did feel a little weird leaving him since I have never left him with anyone but family or close friends. But it will be good for him to be around other kids and listen to someone other than us.
So for the rest of the day that's all he talked about. He couldn't wait to go back. Right now he is only going Tues/Thu half days.

First day of Preschool.

And of course the little cold I got last week, well I passed it on to the boys. Easton woke up Tuesday with a runny nose and then Cameron started to feel sick Wednesday night and woke up Thursday morning with a little fever, cough, and runny nose......so you know what that means.......he had to miss his second day of preschool:( He was so sad when he first woke up and I told him he might not be able to go....he said to me, "But Mom they have tissue there" it was so cute and sad. They both seem to be better but still have those darn pesky runny noses. It seems like once they get a runny nose it stays with them forever.

And this is Cameron drinking the chocolate shake he got for being a good boy when we left him at school.

This and That.

***okay first thing first.....I am not sure what is more painful, the sciatic nerve thingy or the pelvic pain I have going on right now.

***I did not go through baby clothes last week...big surprise! I just started the other day and finally have one load washed and dried, now I just have to fold and put them away.

***It was like 90 degrees over the weekend and I thought I was going to pass out. I had boob sweat and pit sweat. And now it's raining but muggy. We go from 60 to 90 in a week and then back to rain. I would love love it to be like around 75-80 degrees for the next month:))

***I am still having dreams and thoughts about a little baby girl being born:)) I know I am crazy but hey you never know.

***I got a little cold last week and now both the boys have running snotty noses.

***Last week I had my 36 week appointment and I only gained 2 lbs last month....yay! So that brings my total so far to 34lbs.

***Crazy Easton got some go-gurt on Cameron's Leapster game and decided to wash it off in the bathroom sink...hmmmmm yeah, submerging the entire thing in the sink filled with water. So we had to get another one plus the recharging battery pack. I know there will be more of this at some point.

***I am blogging from my phone tonight as I am too lazy to get the computer. So please forgive me if there are any typos.

***Today we went to a little retirement celebration for my mother-in-law. Her last day of work is tomorrow. It's so weird to think she is not going to be working anymore. she has worked her butt off and deserves this so much. I am pretty sure we will be able to help her stay busy...hehe:))

***Finally making a run to Babies R Us tomorrow for some must haves before the baby's arrival.

***Baby mink's first present....from Miss Vicky. A couple outfits, a little stuffed animal, and if course a quilt;)) She made both Cameron and Easton a quilt so of course I wanted another one this time around. She does such a wonderful job and this one is so cute. Thank you so much Vicky!

Making Room for Baby.

Today I have 29 days left until my due date and we have nothing ready for this little guy. We don't even have diapers and the new car seat is still sitting in the box.  I finally finished painting his room last week so that was a huge step towards getting something done. It was a lavender color before so that was not going to work at all, now its a nice calming antique white color.

So now I have to go through all the other junk in the room and get it organized from when we moved. My goal this week is to go through all the baby clothes we have from Cameron and Easton. Some will get tossed/donated and some we will keep for this little guy. A lot I will be able to keep and use but this baby boy will be born in May whereas the other 2 were born in December.

One major thing we did get checked off our list a couple weekends ago was finding a new car. Our family car before was our Dodge pickup, which was okay for two kids but adding a third in that backseat was going to be a little tight. And you could forget about storing anything back there. We find a great deal on a new/used SUV. The SUV we wanted when we got the truck but they were way too $$$$, plus we got a great deal on our truck at the time. I am loving the new car! Its so spacious and I love the color! The only thing we need to do is add a DVD player to it, which we will be doing in the next couple weeks.
So since we got a new car we had to say goodbye to an oldie. We sold our Jeep Cherokee. Ryan bought it when we lived in Iowa while he was going to school back there. That little white Jeep was such a good car to us. It got us and all our crap home from the Midwest. It ran great but we really didn't need 4 cars.

So over the next couple weeks I plan to get most of my to do list done. Lots of little things around the house, like paint the boys' bathroom {luckily my brother will be doing that}, hang some pictures and shelves {still left over to do from the move}, finish the baby's room and the boys' room, a trip to Babies R Us, and lots of other little things:))

Easter.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. I know we did. It was crazy busy but so much fun. The boys had a blast coloring eggs and hunting for them. Cameron left some carrots out for the Easter Bunny then watched as Mattie ate what was left in the morning when we all woke up.
We went to my grandma's house first then my mother-in-law's house. So we do our family thing in the morning at home then spend time with my family then onto Ryan's family. It makes for a busy long day but it only happens like three times a year and the kids always have fun.

Easton going straight for the eggs.

Leaving out some carrots for the Easter Bunny.

Their new weed trimmers! Finally we don't have to listen to Cameron keep telling us he needs a new one. His old one broke a couple months ago.

That's the best picture we could get out of them.

Easton finding the loot inside the eggs. Easter egg hunt #2.

I am always trying to get a picture of the 3 of them together.....they are all together but maybe next time we can get them all looking at the camera....IMPOSSIBLE!

My brother always has to make a some sort of face....can't he just smile?!

 Sweet little cousin Autumn.

Cameron now finding the loot in his eggs.

 Egg hunt #3 at Grandma's.

Easton was Mr. Cranky Pants by the time we got to Grandma's. He took a little nap on the way and woke up in one hella mood:))

No tears this year with the Easter Bunny. Autumn came with us and I think that is the only reason Easton did this so willingly.
