Friday Rewind.

First of all this post was meant for yesterday....But the damn Internet was acting up all day. Monday I will be going to Comcast and exchanging the modem. I swear that's the problem. It's been acting up for awhile now and I finally just called yesterday. Hopefully that will fix it.

So this week has been so calm compared to last week. The kids and I did NOTHING!

Last Saturday we had closing ceremonies for Little League. Nothing too exciting just somewhere to go and something to do. The kids played some games and ate a hot dog .....oh and Easton had several tootsie pops.

They played in the backyard all day everyday the past week. And It's been warming up here. Going to be 106 or something today.  Since it's been warming up my mom finally gave the kids the pool she got them for the backyard and Ryan aired it up last weekend.

On Sunday I got to venture out of the house without my crazies. Ryan had a game in
Yountville which is right by Napa so Beth {a good friend, her husband and Ryan are the coaches} and I went into the cute little town of Yountville and found a couple of tasting rooms. We did watch a little of the game but took off after about 45 minutes:) Then once the game was over the guys met up with us, we finished our tasting then headed to get some lunch. It was a lot of fun and cannot wait to back, definitely need to do that more often!!!

This little guy can now climb onto both couches. At first he could only get on the couch in living room because it sit a teeny bit lower but he finally mastered this recliner and coach in playroom. He was so proud of himself.

We did this yesterday. We got Bentley's one year pictures taken.  I got a great deal and joined their rewards program thingy. That means we will be getting lots more pictures taken of the kids, maybe a family picture but I really wanted that outdoors so we shall see. It was such an awesome deal I couldn't pass it up. I've never been one to want to sign up for the rewards thing because who really needs that many pictures of their kids?! Like what the hell do you do with all the damn pictures. My wall is already almost filled and I am not rotating or taking any of these down. Maybe only the school pictures will get rotated in and out. Plus I take so many myself. Oh well I will have to plan out our trips to Picture People so I can make the most out of our freebie items we get.  Of course I got the disc of pictures so I can't wait to show you guys. And maybe just maybe all our friends and family will finally get their copies of all the other pics we had taken months ago:)

That's it for now! I hope everyone enjoys their Saturday!!!!

This and That.

WOW...its been very busy around here the past couple of months or so, lots of things going on and so much to tell you about.

*** Cameron had preschool graduation last Friday:( More to come on that.

*** T-Ball has come to end for the season. Also more to come.

*** High School baseball is over and now American Legion has started. Ryan I think has officially resigned             from coaching. This summer will be his last year until I think he starts coaching the boys.

*** My children drive me nuts on a daily basis but I love them to pieces.

*** So glad last week is finally over and in the past.

***I wish I knew how to work blogger so I could fix my blog. Old pictures are not showing up and its pissing me off, even more so because I don't know why or how to fix the damn thing.

*** Trying to convince myself to a challenge....30 days of blogging...eeeekkkkk, not sure I can do that. Got the idea from my friend Michelle at So Wonderful, So Marvelous.  And please go check out her post........Such a great read!!!

MOMS, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LEARN?

*** I just picked the house up this morning and by noon its already a freaking diaster. Nothing new....happens every day.

*** I think Easton is done with the diapers!!!! Whooohoooo! He's been doing so good and hasn't had a diaper on in weeks.

*** So tired of saying the word NO and most days I think my head is going to explode from the kids not listening........

*** I am hoping sometime soon to start blogging about my couponing experiences. I want to share with you all how addicting it can be and how much money you can SAVE. And how embarrassing I have even been on a local morning show twice. I got an awesome birthday present from my BIL and SIL last month to help me with me coupons....more on that as well:)

*** I joined Stampin' Up! and now I can attempt to earn a little extra cash and get back into scrapbooking. Maybe finish Cameron's first year by the time he is 6 and maybe start on Easton and Bentley's first year sometime in the near future.....of course more to come on this as well.

DANG....looks like I have lots of "more to come".....Well I have been on this little ole post all day here and there. We will see what happens tomorrow. Maybe a surprise and 2 days of posting!!

Sick.

Well my last post was two weeks ago from Saturday and I posted that we were going to Monster Jam that night and Easton was starting to feel and look and little sick. Well by the time it came to leave that night he looked like SHIT. He and Cameron both crashed on the couch around 3 and we had to leave around 5 to meet our friends for dinner. Well when they woke they were both hacking away, we seriously had no business taking them out, let alone taking them out to a restaurant to eat. But what were we going to do?! Tell them we are not going to Monster Jam....ah NO, they have been looking forward to this for months. Neither was running a fever and Easton is the one that looked real bad but once we got to the Arena he perked up and was excited and had a blast.

So Sunday rolls around and Easton is totally fine but nowt it's Cameron who has a fever and is looking sluggish. He was pretty calm all day {which is so not like him} he took a nap and ran a fever off and on all day. Oh and I forget to mention Bentley also started coughing and was getting congested Saturday {which I was not happy about because he never got over his last little cold that had lasted the last month or so} and he started running a fever late Sunday night. So Monday all three are coughing and had snotty running noses. Bentley started wheezing and it was slowly getting more noticeable and he was still running a fever off and on.

Tuesday Bentley is still running a fever and his wheezing is getting worse. He was like almost panting. I called the advice nurse several times in just a few days and finally Tuesday night I called and said I want to bring him in and have him looked at because it was getting worse and he looked like shit. Surprisingly he wasn't that cranky, not like he should have been. Oh and then when I picked up Cameron from school Tuesday afternoon he looked exhausted and fell asleep on the way home {which is only like a 10 minutes away}. We got home and he passed back out and was also running a fever.

Wednesday rolls around {the day I got my tooth pulled...eeeeeekkkk, I survived!} So after my dental appointment I took Bentley to the Doctor. Turns out he has ear infections in both ears and was a wheezing fool. His wheezing sounded so bad by this time, Ryan came home from work and was like, you need to take him now! So we got some antibiotics for the eat infection and some Albuterol for his wheezing.
Bentley started getting better within a couple of days. With the humidifier on full blast and the inhaler with Albuterol plus the Amoxicillin he was on his way to being healthy. But the other sick child....Cameron, he laid in bed for days with a fever and terrible cough. After several more phone calls to the Doctor's office once again I said we have been patient enough and I want to bring him in. So the following Monday {a week of running a fever and laying in bed} he went to the doctor. Turns out he also has a double ear infection and Pneumonia and he was prescribed Albuterol as well. His eyes were also all junked up and red so he got some eye drops too. And within a couple of days he was feeling better also. And by the end of the week he was back to his normal wild self. And can I just tell you giving medicine to a 5 year old SUCKS ASS!!! So freaking dramatic!!! Finally after a week now it only takes him a couple minutes to drink the Amoxicillin and he doesn't mind the inhaler anymore. Oh and then the same day Cameron went to the doctor Easton was complaining about his eye. It started getting red and puffy and he was saying it hurt. So back to the doctor I went on Tuesday with Easton. Nothing major just a little eye infection from being sick so we got some eye drops for him too. And now I think everyone is healthy. The kids still have little coughs but nothing like it was.  Cameron is loud and dramatic and bossy so I know he is feeling fine. I also had a little cold in the middle of all that and both Ryan and I have minor sore throats that come and go {very annoying}.

All of the meds for the kiddos.....B hated his inhaler at first but I kinda made it a game and now he laughs and giggles:))

This is what Cameron did for the first 4 days or so...then he moved to the couch in the playroom.

I am so glad they are feeling better. Even though the house was quiet for a few days and Cameron was mellow, I hate to see him so sick. We were really getting worried there when he wasn't getting any better and the fever wouldn't really go away. And then poor Bentley...my little baby....really looked like crap and he wasn't getting any better either. At least now we have the inhalers on hand just is case this crap comes back. I sure hope this is it. I know it has been a bad cold/flu season and I hope everyone in bloggy land is staying healthy:)

This and that

Well here's another this and that post if what's been going on here lately. Nothing too exciting just staying busy and wishing I had better time management skills.

*** It has seriously been so freaking cold here lately. Like for a month it seems like. We are used to mid 60's and mid 50's in the winter here but it had been down right freezing. I hate going in the garage to do laundry and the poor kids have been stuck inside. When they do go outside and play after a couple hours they are ready to come in. Well also because Easton always finds a way to find some water and get wet then wants new clothes and that's when I say time to come in and also everything is so wet they get all flipping muddy. Mud stuck to shoes all over the patio....a muddy mess!!!!

*** I just turned in Cameron's open enrollment form......SHUT THE FREAKING FRONT DOOR!!!! Kindergarten already?! Cannot believe that! Really hoping he gets in the school we want him to go....fingers crossed.

*** So two weekends I discovered I have a few kidney stones. Yes so freaking awesome. I started having some back pain and it kinda wrapped around my hip and lower abdominal area, it hurt so effing bad. I thought I just pulled something lifting Bentley but the pain started getting super bad then I started feeling ill and nauseous so I thought I was coning down with something. I got to the point where I thought I might pass out and start puking so I asked my MIL to come over. Once she was here she made me call the doctor cause she said I didn't look good at all. So I called and they told me to go to the ER. And then the pain just stopped and I felt 80% better but she still made me go. They did a scan and discovered I have kidney stones. So last Friday I had a doctors appointment and I had some blood work done and had to collect my pee for 24 hours (this was just the other day and haven't heard from the doctor yet).
At least now I have some pain meds when I start to pass another one;))

*** I am totally obsessed with couponing!!! I love it!!! It's like an addiction!!! My SIL and I have totally lost it. Our family thinks we are nutty. We talk coupons and  store deals all day long. It's so much fun!!! I have tried setting a budget but this months budget totally went to hell. Last month I set a budget of $300 and probably spent about $350....so not too bad for just starting.

*** High school baseball has started already and I am already over it. I usually don't mind and look forward to it but this year I am just over it. Probably because Ryan helped out with fall ball a few months ago and that lasted for like 6 weeks or so. It's never ending. And he's gone so much more. He does say that this is his last year with kiddos getting older and Cameron starting t-ball this year. I think once the season actually starts and they are playing games and the boys get to go out there and run around it will be all good.

*** Speaking of t-ball....today I am going to sign sign Cameron up!

*** Tonight we are going to Monster Jam with some friends. The boys are so freaking excited. There is a new truck making their debut tonight.....Scooby Doo:)) Although I am hoping the boys aren't feeling too bad.  Everyone has been sick lately. I am just getting over a little cold, Bentley is finally over his, and now Easton is coughing and so congested. My mom, grandma, SIL, MIL, and FIL all have been sick. The boys are still sleeping so fingers crossed the wake up and aren't too bad because there is no way they will want to miss Monster jam.

*** Oh and I am totally freaking out...I have a dental appointment on Wednesday and have to have a tooth pulled. I have cancelled this appointment several times (the dental office probably thinks I am nuts) so I really can't cancel anymore and just need to get it done. Ryan was going to go with me but because of the holiday next week he is off Tuesday instead of his regular day off Wednesday, so I have to go by myself:( Has anyone ever had a tooth pulled? I am freaking the F$#@ out over here!!!!

Hope Everyone has a fabulous weekend.

Sorry for any typos.....If I don't post this now it may never get posted...LOL.

This and That.

Lots of crap going on lately. I am seriously the world's worst blogger. I have a few post that are unfinished and a few that still need to be posted. One of the post would be the boys' birthday party we had at the beginning of the month:)) Anyway........

I have been so stressed lately between birthdays and Christmas that I just cannot wait for this month to be over and the new year to start.

Bentley is still not sleeping well and seems to be getting worst.

Ryan and I finally get a night away from the kids....all 3....but he has to work tomorrow so we are just going out to dinner {better than nothing....right?}

Today I am taking Cameron and Easton to Cameron's pre-school Christmas party.....that should be interesting. Oh and I hope a candle is a good enough gift for his teacher. Then I thought about all the helpers....whoops...really do you buy everyone a gift?! I don't even know all their names.

I miss all my bloggy friends. I need to do some serious catching up.

We saw Santa and had Bentley's infant pictures taken the other day and both went well. We got a couple good pictures of all three.

I still need to make Christmas cookies and wrap every single present.

Our $50 Christmas tree starting to die like after the second day of having it.....hopefully it won't look too pathetic on Christmas morning.

Oh and I totally getting into couponing....so much fun and exciting to see how much you can save. I will for sure be posting about that sometime.

Okay folks thats all I have time for now. I have to get all 3kiddos ready to leave the house in an hour for the party.

Happy Birthday Cynthia.

I can remember the very first birthday party I went to for Cynthia. We were in 7th grade and we went on a scavenger hunt around the neighborhood........and since then I have been to pretty much every party, except one which i think was her 16th birthday because we were in a "fight", our first and only fight.

Cynthia and I have been through a lot together over the years. And we have only had that one fight {that I remember}. She was there by my side when I got married, she was the one to host my bridal shower and 2 boy baby showers,  she was there when Cameron and Easton were born and she has been to all of their birthday parties.

She was always the oldest in our group of friends. She was the one to get her driver's license first. A blue rusty beat up VW slug bug { I looked and looked for this one picture but couldn't find it}. We used to sneak it out before she got her license. We did some naughty things while in high school but who didn't?! We used to pile so many people in that little blue beat up bug. We drove every where in that thing. To our soccer games, to baseball and football games. In town and out of town.

After high school she went away to college for a year then came back and then went away again and then I went away and she was still away and then I came back and then she came back for a while and then she went away once again and then came back for a little bit and then she met a boy {love you Joe}.........and that was the end of her coming back. She has been gone ever since and I don't think she's coming back {maybe a little closer one day}. She is now planning her wedding....YAY!!! Which means I now get to plan HER bridal shower.
We still talk almost every day. She is always there when I need advice or there just to listen while i vent away. We have been besties for more than half our lives now and I cannot imagine my life without her in it. I am so lucky to have a her as my friend.

So a few weeks ago she tells me she's pregnant......Yes, can you believe it?! FINALLY!!!!
So all within a year she gets engaged, is going to have a baby, and get married! Craziness!!!! Their sweet little baby BOY {yes she is having a freaking boy, can't anyone make a girl?!} is due mid-April. I couldn't be happier for her and Joe. Cynthia has wanted to have babies for as long as I could remember. She is going to be such a good mama:)

Okay so now on to the picture. This was her 18th birthday. It was just us girls having a sleep over at her house. I guess we were just bored or something. We got this wild idea to do our hair all funky and crazy. So we did that for awhile and then for whatever reason we decided to drive around town and we ended up at Quick Stop. This was seriously one of the funniest memories ever. Someone had a cigar i think they bought at QuickStop and we were all posing with the cigar and acting like jackasses with our hair all a hot mess. I looked and looked for the rest of the pictures we took while out on our little joy ride but couldn't find them. I guess this is one of those things where you had to be there. It was seriously soooo funny!!!!

Happy Birthday Cynthia!!!!! I hope you have a wonderful day and all your birthday wishes come true. And may this next year be your happiest!!!! Love you....XOXO.

This and That.

Well folks once again I went through a blog drought. I am like the worlds worst blogger. I go through these phases where I just cannot sit at the computer for long periods of time, either because the kids are bouncing off the walls and I cannot concentrate or every time I open the computer Easton thinks I am going to put a new game on his LeapFrog Leapster:)and/or I am just not in the mood because I have 50 million other things to do. I really have no clue how all you blogging mama's do it and then especially all you mama's that work outside the home as well. Maybe I just don't manage my time very good.
I love that I am able to follow some of my bloggy friends on FB, Twitter, and Instagram. At least I can kinda keep up with whats going on with you all. I am hoping to be able to sit down within the next couple of days to catch up with you all because today after preschool Cameron and Easton are going with my Mom and Grandma. They are going to Chuck E Cheese then they will be staying the night:)) Baby B will still be here but he is a piece of cake and at least he doesn't yell or scream or make messes just yet.

So today I finally have a dentist appointment. I have been avoiding going back. After Easton was born I finally went to have some work done....a couple crowns and a root canal. And I still have some cavities that need to be filled. Well about a year ago when I was pregnant with Bentley my freaking permanent crown fell the F&*% out!!! And of course it was the tooth that had the root canal, so they told me I would have to have the root canal done again!!! Since I was pregnant and then that was right about the time we were getting ready to move I put it off. So I finally called and I have an appointment this morning. I know I need one tooth pulled :( plus all 4 wisdom teeth and a couple fillings....oh and plus that damn root canal/crown. All 3 times I was pregnant I had one tooth break off  each time and they were all teeth that had previously been filled. Anyway I hate going to the dentist but I am tired of these damn teeth!!!!!

And do you remember the post about The Toe......well over the weekend Cameron stepped on it and it fell off!!!!! Yes. My toenail fell off!!!!! It didn't hurt at all, it just fell off. I will spare you the picture i took of it:) A new toe nail had already started growing under the old damaged one, fingers crossed its not damaged. I am trying some Tea Tree oil treatment on it. We will see if that works or if it's too badly damaged.

We need a real vacation after our family vacation to AZ with the kiddos. No more family vacations unless we are going Disney Land or some other place for the kids. A post on that trip is coming soon.

While in AZ I discovered a new 2 buck chuck wine that is pretty good and I found out we have the same store here in CA and not that far from where we live. We bought about 12 bottles and I only had about 3 or 4 left until yesterday. We went to the pumpkin farm and on the way home we stopped and got some more and it was even cheaper here....$1.99 a bottle! It really isn't that bad and very drinkable.

I am in birthday party overload! the Boys' birthdays are coming up in December and we always have their party the first weekend in December {as far away from Christmas as possible but still in their bday month}. I am still trying to decide what the heck we are going to do. Have it at home and get a bounce house and hope it doesn't rain or go to a kids place with games and shit. So many different things to think about. We need to hurry it up and decide because I will need to order invites soon so they can go out the first week of November....this time of year always sneaks up on us.
And then of course there is Christmas! I cannot freaking believe its this time of year already. I am running out of things to get these boys. I know what their big "Santa" present will be and have ideas for some little things but what the heck are they going to get for their birthdays?! It makes it so hard with their birthdays so close to Christmas.

What has everyone in bloggy land been up to?! Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Exhausted.......

I originally was going to post Bentley's 4 month update today {actually last night} but of course like always things got in the way. I do have it all typed out, I just need to upload some pictures to the computer. So now I write this post in bed from my phone.

Today was kind of a hectic day to say the least. Crazy busy this morning and afternoon running around doing some last minute shopping for our week long trip. And surprisingly I got all my running around done, it took a little longer than planned but it got done. We didn't get home until about 3:00, so like most the day was gone. This late in the day it's so hard for me to get stuff done. Especially just getting home and needing to unload the car plus the kids and their junk. And then it's time to start thinking of dinner and of course like always the kids are running wild and driving me bonkers. They are really trying my patience these days and they are totally getting the best of me. I am going to need a "real" vacation after this one just to recover.

Anyway........so now it's like 9:00 and I am so freaking exhausted and tomorrow afternoon we leave for Arizona and I don't have a single thing packed....heck I am still doing laundry!!!! So tomorrow I have to tidy up the house and pack for 5!!!! Lots and lots of crap to do. We are leaving after Ryan gets home from work so I will be doing most of the packing by myself.

Oh and do you want ho hear the coolest part.....we are driving with all 3 kids!!!! YUP...you read this right, we are driving! And how long of a drive is it you ask....oh like 12 hours....oh yay!!!! The reason for our trip is a family friend is getting married and Ryan is in the wedding;)) It will be good to see them, it's been like 4 years.
I am hoping we can make it like 5 hours, if not then at least 4 hours. We have a DVD player in car for the kids and I bought a couple new movies today for them. I also got them some new color wonder books and a couple other little things to keep them busy {I hope}.

I am sure I will be Instagram-ing it and maybe even a Tweet on Twitter. I still don't really know what I am doing on Twitter but its fun to follow everyone;)) If your on Twitter come find me....@jtsnowchick. I would love to follow some more of my Bloggy land friends;))

Okay folks I am off to pinnin on Pinterest or Draw Something or to sleep I am thinking sleep is going to win.

One Year Ago.

One year ago this week we were here......................

.............in beautiful Mendocino. Our last little getaway just the two of us. Who knows when we will be able to getaway again. Maybe sometime at the beginning of the year {fingers crossed}. We so need to getaway without the little ones, we need some husband and wife time. You can see and read about last years getaway here, here, and here:)

One year ago this week we also found out we were expecting baby #3!!! We were also getting ready to put our house up for sale.....OH man it was a busy week!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Our weekend was busy but good. We went over to our friends for a BBQ on Saturday to celebrate his birthday and then on Sunday we had to help my BIL and SIL move. They got a cash offer on their house a day after it went on the market, so they have like 15 days to get out and their new house will not close escrow until the end of October so everything went into PODS. I didn't really do much helping, I was trying to chase after the little ones. And in another month or so we get to help again:)

OUCH!!!

OKAY....yesterday was a crazy busy day and then I WHACKED my toe!!!

A little background story on my toe nail....YES folks I am going to devote this whole post to my toenail. So a few years ago my toe nail started getting little spots right in the middle of the nail, first they were light in color then started to get darker. I thought it was  from running and my toe jamming up against my shoe. Over the years it slowly started to get worse, so I finally went to the doctor and he said there isn't anything to do for it and just be lucky I can paint my toenails.....GEE thanks doc. That was a long time ago.
Fast forward a couple years after that when I was pregnant with Cameron and now the toe nail looks even worse but still looks like a regular toenail with nasty spots on it. It slowly started getting thick and nasty looking. Fast forward a couple years after that and I whacked it on Easton's crib pulling the nail back a little....OUCH!!!!! Okay so now it looks even worse and hurts even more then it did before.

So now today it doesn't grow, it's thick, and looks deformed. I keep it painted at all times and you really can't tell there is anything wrong with it until you look up close.
So yesterday the kids were on my last nerve, not listening and being wild. Well Cameron decided to move his bed and take the mattress off and use it as a slide. After telling him numerous times to move it back I got all pissed and storm in there and push the bed back whacking my freaking toe on the corner of the bed and pulling my toenail up....a few choice words were said and I could feel the throbbing immediately. I shed a few tears because it hurt like a B&*%H!!!! And then Easton started crying because I was upset {that was actually kinda cute}.

All in the middle of this going on I have a cake in the oven {it was a special cake so I really had to watch it so it didn't burn} and Bentley needed feeding. You see we were going to my MIL house for dinner to celebrate my SIL's birthday:)
I text Ryan to let him know I just whacked my toe and my nail is barely connected. Ryan calls and is like you need to call the doctor to get in today, so I did. Well the doctor wasn't much help. I did figure out that I have a toenail fungus and that's probably why it wasn't growing. He said there is really much he could do. He said to just "baby" it. He also said it might just fall off {which I hope it does} or if it's really bothering me he could just remove it but then it probably won't grow back.

I cannot live the rest of my life with this GHETTO ASS toenail!!!! So now I have a band aid on it. It's still oozing out crap and now my foot is starting to hurt from walking all funny.

Of course this has to happen now that I have finally made it back to the gym and starting losing some of that baby weight. How in the hell am I going to put on a tennis shoe right now?!  I think I might try and go next week sometime and ride the bike {i hope i will be able to do that}. Ok I hope I didnt gross anyone out here.

I couldn't post a picture of my nasty toenail so here is a picture of Bentley with cousin Landon last night at Grandma's house.

This and That.

First thing first.....My baby boy is changing. His sleeping pattern has totally gone backwards. He now wakes up every 3-4 hours to eat!!! WTF is this all about?! A growth spurt I hope he will just outgrow pretty soon. I usually fall asleep by 10 then up again at about 12:30-1:00 back to sleep 30 minutes later then up again at about 3:15 with Ryan then back to sleep by about 4:30 and then Bentley is usually waking up again to eat. We both liked it so much better when he was sleeping all night and only waking once to eat and that was usually about the time Ryan was waking up. I am not complaining believe me because he is still a way better sleeper than the other two. They are constantly changing at this age.

Only 3 weeks until we leave for AZ! It's about a 12 hour drive from us, so with 3 kids it's probably going to take like 16 hours! I sure hope not!!!! I am already starting to think of some activities to keep them busy on the road besides their little Leapfrog games and movies. The DVD player I think is going to save us lots of misery on this road trip. We will be there for a week and then have to make the drive back.

Last weekend my BFF finally got engaged!!! Super happy and excited for Cynthia and Joe! I am so excited to be able to finally plan a shower for her. Although I was beginning to think it was going to be a baby shower first. The three of us...Vicky {mom}, Rebecca {sister}, and myself are going to have so much fun planning!!!

I am participating in a giveaway over at Ava Grace's Closet. This is one of my favorite
blogs:) Susan is always posting super cute outfits, things I wish I could get away with wearing. But my most favorite thing about her blog is her sweet little Ava Grace. I just love seeing pictures of this little girl. She is such a cutie!

We got a diaper cake order.....YAY!!! The shop was closed for a little bit, while moving and having a baby.  Not that we usually are flooded with orders or anything. So I will be working on that later today or probably more like later tonight or super early tomorrow morning.

Christmas and birthdays are only like 3 months away!!!!! This I cannot believe!!! So much to start thinking about. I tell myself every year we are going to starting shopping in September, lets see if that happens this year.....yeah right!

A couple weeks ago Cameron had school pictures and this week we have Back to School Night, it's only for pre-school but it's hitting me next year he will be in Kindergarten!!! I don't even want to think about that day. Its going to be a happy and sad day.

Can't wait to get these pictures.....hopefully they got one where he is smiling.

Yes....My cat is FAT!

This is an everyday thing in our house with this cat. He is always right in the middle of the bed. What else is he going to do all day?! Oh and he weighs.....21 pounds!!!

Hi......

There are no dishes to wash, no clothes to fold and put away, no sweeping to do, no kids yelling and screaming, and no toys to pick up. There is just the sound of the TV {golf}  and baby Bentley snorting and breathing away. This is because we are just hanging out in our hotel room waiting for Ryan to get back from the casino. We are in South Lake Tahoe this weekend for a wedding. Cameron and Easton are with Grandma so we only have the baby with us.  The wedding is later today. A friend from high school is getting married. This is Ryan's childhood friend. We don't really get to him much or a lot of our other friends in this little circle, so yesterday it was nice to catch up with everyone and I am sure later at the wedding we will see more friends we haven't seen in awhile.

Its been a little tough getting on the computer these days. I had it out last night while Ryan was at the casino and I ended up falling asleep with it open right next to me on the bed. At night I have every intention to sit in bed and type up a little something but by the time I feed Bentley and get him to sleep once I closes my eyes I am out. I am missing all my favorite blogs. There are a couple I get via email so I stay update to date on those ones. I need to subscribe to more that way I at least get the emails and can read them from my phone. I rarely blog it from my phone.

We all are adjusting well to baby Bentley. It's a challenge for sure and it's going to get even harder once Ryan goes back to work in a week. I have no idea how I will make it through the day. So if anyone has any tips for a stay at home mom to 3 children.......please let me know:))

Here is a picture of Baby Bentley. I have a few more but its taking forever to download onto blogger. I will post the other ones soon:))
The day we were scheduled to be induced the neighbor behind had passed a note over to Cameron because her daughter and Cameron have been talking through the fence since we moved there. So she passed a little note introducing herself and said we should get together for a playdate so I passed one back explaining we were scheduled to have a baby later that day. Long story short she called me a week later offering to take some pictures of the baby, she is a photographer:)) This is my favorite picture out of them all. I think this is the picture we will use for his birth announcement.

This and That.

***okay first thing first.....I am not sure what is more painful, the sciatic nerve thingy or the pelvic pain I have going on right now.

***I did not go through baby clothes last week...big surprise! I just started the other day and finally have one load washed and dried, now I just have to fold and put them away.

***It was like 90 degrees over the weekend and I thought I was going to pass out. I had boob sweat and pit sweat. And now it's raining but muggy. We go from 60 to 90 in a week and then back to rain. I would love love it to be like around 75-80 degrees for the next month:))

***I am still having dreams and thoughts about a little baby girl being born:)) I know I am crazy but hey you never know.

***I got a little cold last week and now both the boys have running snotty noses.

***Last week I had my 36 week appointment and I only gained 2 lbs last month....yay! So that brings my total so far to 34lbs.

***Crazy Easton got some go-gurt on Cameron's Leapster game and decided to wash it off in the bathroom sink...hmmmmm yeah, submerging the entire thing in the sink filled with water. So we had to get another one plus the recharging battery pack. I know there will be more of this at some point.

***I am blogging from my phone tonight as I am too lazy to get the computer. So please forgive me if there are any typos.

***Today we went to a little retirement celebration for my mother-in-law. Her last day of work is tomorrow. It's so weird to think she is not going to be working anymore. she has worked her butt off and deserves this so much. I am pretty sure we will be able to help her stay busy...hehe:))

***Finally making a run to Babies R Us tomorrow for some must haves before the baby's arrival.

***Baby mink's first present....from Miss Vicky. A couple outfits, a little stuffed animal, and if course a quilt;)) She made both Cameron and Easton a quilt so of course I wanted another one this time around. She does such a wonderful job and this one is so cute. Thank you so much Vicky!

Making Room for Baby.

Today I have 29 days left until my due date and we have nothing ready for this little guy. We don't even have diapers and the new car seat is still sitting in the box.  I finally finished painting his room last week so that was a huge step towards getting something done. It was a lavender color before so that was not going to work at all, now its a nice calming antique white color.

So now I have to go through all the other junk in the room and get it organized from when we moved. My goal this week is to go through all the baby clothes we have from Cameron and Easton. Some will get tossed/donated and some we will keep for this little guy. A lot I will be able to keep and use but this baby boy will be born in May whereas the other 2 were born in December.

One major thing we did get checked off our list a couple weekends ago was finding a new car. Our family car before was our Dodge pickup, which was okay for two kids but adding a third in that backseat was going to be a little tight. And you could forget about storing anything back there. We find a great deal on a new/used SUV. The SUV we wanted when we got the truck but they were way too $$$$, plus we got a great deal on our truck at the time. I am loving the new car! Its so spacious and I love the color! The only thing we need to do is add a DVD player to it, which we will be doing in the next couple weeks.
So since we got a new car we had to say goodbye to an oldie. We sold our Jeep Cherokee. Ryan bought it when we lived in Iowa while he was going to school back there. That little white Jeep was such a good car to us. It got us and all our crap home from the Midwest. It ran great but we really didn't need 4 cars.

So over the next couple weeks I plan to get most of my to do list done. Lots of little things around the house, like paint the boys' bathroom {luckily my brother will be doing that}, hang some pictures and shelves {still left over to do from the move}, finish the baby's room and the boys' room, a trip to Babies R Us, and lots of other little things:))

My Christmas Surprise.

This is what my sweet husband surprised me with on Christmas. Once again he is always breaking the rules. We don't do Christmas presents for each other and haven't since Cameron was born. I was so surprised, he is so sweet and thoughtful. I have been wanting one for like EVER. I am not sure why we haven't got one sooner. But because right after Christmas we had to move and then move again I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I just got it out of the box a couple weeks ago and put it on display.

So I have been thinking and thinking what should be the first thing I make with my mixer?  Of course I have some help from Pinterest.

No Bake Cake Batter Bites............

Or Maybe some divinity....since I never got to it around Christmas.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes.......

Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake......

I don't really need a mixer for this but it just looks so yummy:)

Okay so what was the first thing you made with your mixer? I would love to hear.

Moving Sucks!

Well folks we finally moved. Last week we started moving all our crap and last night was the first night here for Ryan and myself and earlier tonight we brought the boys home from my MIL's house. There is so much to do!

There is shit everywhere all over the place.

Just when I get one area cleaned and cleared more shit reappears and I am exhausted. I don't recommend moving while pregnant. I am just thankful to have an awesome family to help out with the boys for the past few days, I would have never been able to get anything done with the boys around.  I know Ryan is exhausted also. He still has to work but will be able to catch up on sleep next week when he is on vacation.  And Tomorrow should be an interesting day trying to unpack and organize with Easton's little crazy butt around.

This is what the garage looked like last night. And actually this isn't even a good shot of all the crap everywhere. Ryan manage to get all of this cleared out. The garage is almost clean now. There is just some odd stuff laying around. I think he really wants to bring his Jeep home. It's been in his mom's garage for a little over a month now.

And I have to share some exciting news. Well it's very exciting to me. Cameron finally is going poop in the toilet! I guess he finally just got it. He doesn't complain that he is scared or it hurts. We are so happy, we can finally start to check out some preschools:)

A Little Update.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year!

I just wanted to let you all know what's going on with us and the reason I have not been posting lately. I wasn't sure if I was going to share this or not. I am not ashamed but it's kind of personal. Anyway here goes.....we SOLD our house and are moving! Of course if you are selling in this market that can only mean one thing...SHORT SALE! We bought our home in February of 2007, just as the economy begin to take a dump and just as the prices of homes started to drop a little. We thought we were making the right decision to buy a house and getting a good deal. It's not that we couldn't afford our current mortgage because we could. Our payment was going to go up $500 and our interest rates were ridiculously high and the banks were unwilling to work with us to refinance. We knew one day we would leave this house and move on but we didn't think it would be this soon. Only after 5 years and we are out of here. We believe we are making the best decision for us and our family. With another little one on the way we would be busting out of this house {we already are} and if we didn't make this decision now we would be stuck here forever.

So we will be moving out this Friday and everything has to be cleared out by Sunday night. We are lucky and have a place to rent. My mother-in-law has a house right around the corner from us {one of the main reasons we bought this house} and we will be renting that house. She bought a new house last summer. So it's kind of cool that we will be living in the house my husband grew up in. It will already feel like home to us and we don't have to worry about looking for a decent rental. But there is one small issue.....the house will not be vacant until about the first week of February. So that means we have to pack up all our shit {which is a lot of shit} and put it into storage and stay a month with my mother-in-law. Kind of sucks but that's how it is so there is no use stressing over it. The boys, the cat, the dog, Ryan and I will all be bunking up at Grandma's. Cameron has already started asking questions about moving and where are we taking all our stuff too. Kinda hard to explain to a four year old.

So in the middle of all this craziness with Christmas, birthdays, being pregnant, and moving/packing two days before Christmas Ryan's Grandma passes away. It was a very sad day for all of us. She was poor health and had a list of things wrong with her but she was a fighter and fought all the way to the end. It was especially hard because this was his Dad's mom. His Dad passed away when we were Seniors in High School of a sudden heart attack. His dad was an only child and his grandma was the last direct connection Ryan and his brother had to his dad. It's never easy, even when they are old. But we all know she is in a better place now and in perfect health running and jumping around;)

On a happy and exciting note we find out tomorrow whether we are having a boy or girl. And tomorrow is Ryan's birthday! I am hoping he gets a nice little birthday surprise. If it's another boy that is just fine, I might end up in a crazy house but hey that's ok. We just want a healthy perfect baby but of course we all really want a little girl;)

I am hoping I have time next week to sit down and catch up with all my blogging buddies. Of course I will try and post the big news tomorrow or Thursday, thank goodness there is an App for Blogger:) Stay tuned.....

One Week Away.

One week from today I will be enjoying a nice relaxing day in Mendocino. I will be well rested and ready to enjoy a round of golf, hopefully a massage, a little shopping, a few cocktails and glasses of wine, nice and quiet meals, and most important some QUALITY time with the hubby.

Sunday My husband starts vacation and we are going on a little getaway without the boys. It has been one year exactly since our last getaway to Mendocino. We were there the same week last year {kinda weird how he picked the same week without even knowing it}.

Of course as you can tell this map was provided by Google.  I have never tried inserting a map in a post before, so that's probably why it looks funny. I have no idea what I am doing half the time. I hope I was allowed to use it on my page. Please forgive if not;)

Mendocino is about a 4.5 hour drive from where we live {Sacramento area}. The first hour is all freeway but then after that it goes down to a 2 lane road all the way there. And about 2.5 hours into the trip we start going through redwoods, which is so awesome and beautiful, especially when the sun is shining through.

I am so looking forward to this little trip but I am already thinking of how much I will miss the boys. We will only be gone 2 nights and 3 days but the boys will be going to Grandma's a day early because we made plans with some friends. We are meeting them for breakfast and a day of golf to celebrate our friends birthday. So we will be dropping the boys off bright and early at Grandma's Sunday. We will probably go back over there later that day because that's like 4 full days without seeing them, I have never been away from them that long. It may not seem long to some but it is for me when I am with them ALL the time. And yes I do need a break {a major one} and they do drive me insane most days but that doesn't mean I won't miss their crazy butts.

Here are a few pictures from last year's Mendo trip.
 Playing a little golf {gotta love those pictures you have to take yourself}

Another self took picture:) The damp foggy weather is NOT good for my hair. It makes for a very bad hair day. Anyone have any hair product recommendations for curly frizzy hair that gets flat ironed?

This was the view from our hotel room balcony.

This is at an awesome winery, I would have so had my wedding here if we lived anywhere near here.

 A view from the winery.

And another view from the winery. We are hoping to maybe have a little picnic here or at least a little snack;)

Keeping our fingers crossed the sun decides to shine this trip:)
I am so excited. This time I will have my new camera. And I can't wait to take pictures. I am going to have so much fun taking all sorts of pictures. I am so going to look like a tourist walking everywhere with my camera around my neck but I so do not care at all. I think it's so neat to take pictures of random things so you can tell your story through your pictures.
