December Blogging Friends Blog Hop

I seriously cannot believe it's been a month since our last blog hop AND that it's already December! I have a busy month ahead of me just like I am sure most of you do as well!

I have all kinds of cute little things I have made for my craft fairs and couldn't decide on what to share.....so for this blog hop I am just sharing my cards that I designed for a recent Stamp-a-Stack class. I

always have trouble coming up with easy and simple cards so a couple of these card layouts came from some fellow members of a training group I am part of....Creating Success with Ronda Wade. It's an awesome group and I just love it!  After I was finished designing the cards and as I started cutting and preparing for class I loved them all so much more. I think my favorite one is the "Have a Cozy Christmas", the roof top has a slight little sparkle to it. I added some dazzling diamonds.

I hope you get some inspiration from my cards:)

{No clue what's going on with the font color here....it would not let me change a couple of the names so this is just the way it's going to be for now...sorry folks a little messy looking there}

Make it Monday.

A couple weeks ago I held my monthly card class. This class I think was one of my favorites and the card I am sharing today was my favorite out of the four we made. My inspiration from this card came from Kimberly Van Diepen over at Stampin By the Sea,  another Demonstrator and a member of the Artisan Design Team 2015-2016.

Right now I am loving the circles and vellum and putting the two together I am loving it even more. I added the glitter to the vellum using the same technique I showed a few weeks ago. I splattered the glue all over the vellum then dumped the glitter, then after it dried I punched out the circles and backed the vellum with Home for Christmas DSP. I felt this card did not need a large sentiment as it would have taken away from the card. I am so in love with this card!!!! I hope you love it as much as do:)

Friday Rewind.

WOW....once again it's been like 3 weeks since my last Friday Rewind post. Totally slacking!

The Fall baseball season has ended.....thank goodness. We get a few months off before it starts up again in February. Next up is basketball for both Cameron and Easton...that will be interesting to watch Easton play.

A couple weeks ago I had my monthly card class and I am pretty sure this set of cards was one of my top favorites. I just love the Rudolph card...i love the gold accents and sparkle.

That same day after card class we got a visit from some of our favorite people.....YAY!!!!!

Last weekend I did another craft fair. You can never predict how a craft fair will go or what will be your top selling items. I am not sure I will do another this holiday season. I am not really in it to make money {usually there is no money to be made for me, I am happy when I make back my Fee money}. I am in it to get new cusomter contacts. They are a lot of fun, especially when you meet other paper crafters just like you:)

This week the kids got out of school early every day and at the same time. So the house was very loud and crazy all week long. Today Easton has his Stone Soup Celebration at school. That was interesting taking the nephews who I babysit twice a week with me. Actually the little kids weren't that bad. Bentley and Landon are typical boys and did lots of running like crazies and Grayson just stayed in the stroller the entire time....then once I heard a fire drill was approaching we hightailed it out of there and went to the park just down the street until it was time for Cameron to get out....and luckily I was able to take Easton with me and didn't have to wait for the school day to be over....got lucky there!

 Easton and his goofy smile.

Our Apple Hill plans last weekend got rained out, so we had a nice cozy day inside and then later in the afternoon the kids went out in the back and played. So we are planning to go this Sunday and I know it's probably going to be super crazy busy with everyone buying Apple pies for Thanksgiving plus all those people who got stormed out last weekend.

Tomorrow I have a baby shower for my Brother's girlfriend....I am not sure if I mentioned it before but they are having another BOY!!!! YES another BOY! The baby shower is kid friendly because my nephew will be there so the boys are going with me.

Cameron brought home some mealworms over the Thanksgiving break....oh joy! We get to care for mealworms and hope they don't die.  He named them Sonic and Flash.

He asked, "Can I play with my Mealworms?".....Sure Whatever Dude!

It rained last a couple weeks ago and this is Bentley finding something to do while waiting for Easton to get out of Speech, let;s just say he was soaking wet and had to strip down in the car.

Boys will be boys and my boys are definitely all boys.

Seriously this is so true.

In my dreams!

Make it Monday.

Today's Make it Mondays is the first Christmas card I made using new product from the holiday catalog.  Can you believe Christmas is just a few weeks away?! I need to get started on the teacher cards I make the kids' teachers for Christmas.....and this year I have 3 to make for {Cameron's teacher plus Easton's kindergarten teachers, there are 2 of them} and I haven't even started!!! It will take me a bit longer now that I have 3  sets to make.  I love doing it! I am thinking this card will make it in their stack:)

I love the Home for Christmas DSP! I love the Santa and Rudolph!!! Super easy to punch out and add to a card like I did here. I got this layout from the Holiday catalog. Right when I saw it I knew I had to create a card using this layout. I love the frame/Polaroid look. I finally got the square framelits so I cannot wait to create more using the frames.

Blogging Friends Blog Hop.

Hello Friends!!! I am so excited for our second time around with the Blogging Friends Blog Hop. I had so much FUN checking out everyone's projects last month. I cannot believe we are already in the month of November and only a few weeks left until Christmas. This time of year is always busy for me, 2 of my sons' birthdays are in December so that adds to the craziness. The boys are just ending baseball so we will get a little break before the Christmas madness begins. And the weather is finally changing and cooler in the mornings and evenings. I can finally leave the air conditioner off the past week or so.

My little coffee cup project I am not totally satisfied with.... I love these little things so much and they make a great little gift. I made several for my craft a couple weeks ago and plan to make a few more for one that I am planning to do in a couple weeks. I  made the mistake of not purchasing the  Into the Woods DSP. I am really wishing I had but as a small time demo {that's what I call myself} I really have to pick and choose what I decide to purchase as my budget is super small. I knew what project I wanted to do but had to work with what I had.

I LOVE love the stamp set Among the Branches! I am thinking this card we will make at card class this month.I love the embossing folder Woodland. I like using a Q-tip to get a little color on the trees.

 This will be your box.

After you snip on the score lines, snip off the corners.

Your DSP measurements for the outside of the box are:
(2) 1 1/4X4 3/4
(2) 1 1/4X1 3/4
Cover with DSP and decorate as you wish.

This will be your handle. Fold in half on the score line and adhere together.

Use a circle punch {I used a one inch circle punch}. then adhere the handle to the middle of the box.

Fold you little corners you snipped off in half and use these for support on your handle so it doesn't wiggle around as much.

Here are the links for the cups and lids. You can get 50 of them for under $20 with tax and shipping.

Please let me know if you any questions about my instructions.
